I am a Registered Therapist, Ayurvedic Head Massage Practitioner, Somatics Practitioner, and Generative Somatics student under the supervision and training of Fayza Bundalli.

I draw from many frameworks and modalities, dancing along the bridge of Western and Eastern psychology.

Whether we are exploring our thought patterns, tending to deep wounds, exploring regulation strategies, or cultivating a relationship of deep trust and relationship with yourself, we engage in this work from a liberatory-centred place. Your healing is part of yours and somebody else’s liberatory future. Be it your kin, your grocery store clerk, colleague, best friend or an estranged someone.

I identify as a cisgender, heterosexual, South Asian woman with roots in India and East Africa; a first-generation Canadian; an Ismaili Muslim (culturally and spiritually connected); a mother to a young adult; in a cross-cultural marriage; currently non-disabled; neurodivergent-curious, not formally identified; middle-working class.

These layers shape how I move through the world, how I hold space and fundamentally what I believe healing is: a cyclical journey gaining more traction, confidence, integrity and dignity with each round we take.
